Job Description.
The Traffic and Quality Assurance Specialist is extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented to ensure that all external standards are observed before the final product reaches the customer. This position is responsible for implementation of inspecting activities, detection of problem areas, and delivering quality inspection outcomes. In addition, they are in charge of planning and performing corrective actions if defects are found. They are excellent communicators of concise, accurate deadline-driven information. They understand people and should know instinctively when to push and when to let things simmer as they work to keep departments on track. The Traffic and Quality Assurance Specialist is expert at tracking and disseminating information related to these developments.
Desired Skills.
- Minimum 2 Years' experience with Laravel PHP Framework
- Writing and understanding object-oriented PHP
- Good understanding of Database Concepts
- Experience in jQuery, Ajax and Web service
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Open minded to new solutions, forward thinking and strong ability to adapt
- Proficient understanding of code version tools such as Git, Bitbucket
- REST API design
- Experience with web application development & web services for mobile apps will be an added advantage
Responsibilities.
- Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
- Conducting daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of looming deadlines.
- Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
- Regularly tracking and updating project status.
- Developing work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
- Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
- Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
- Informing project teams of any updates and changes as to when and why they occur Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards
- Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate
- Oversee the implementation and ensure efficiency of inspection and quality systems
- Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable. Document quality assurance activities, such as internal audits.
- Analyze customer grievances and other non-compliance issues.
- Report on results of quality activities.
- Analyze audit outcomes and carry out appropriate corrective procedures.
- Ensure ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements.
