Job Description.
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Magento Developer who has good experience with Magento 2.2. Working on eCommerce projects, you will have a high level of understanding in the Magento platform from a frontend perspective as well. The ability to work with and integrate additional systems/technologies would be helpful but not essential.
Desired Skills.
- Setup and configure Magento 2.2 sites.
- Must have the ability to develop Magento Modules and Customization, Extension Development.
- Magento frontend / backend development Building Custom Themes & Theme Integrations.
- Strong PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, OOPS and RDBMS concept.
- Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control.
- Being Magento or Zend certified is an added advantage
- Must have knowledge on E commerce (API integration, Payment Gateways, Shopping Carts, SEO Friendly Coding etc.).
- Communicate with clients about the Magento platform.
Responsibilities.
- Development of new modules and extensions creation in Magento
- Understanding client requirements & functional specifications
- Ensuring fool proof performance of the deliverable
- Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments
- Sending regular updates about project status
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
